This is the second time I've brought my vehicle in for service. The first trip was for faulty tire pressure sensors which were fixed the same day with manual reprogramming. The second most recent trip was for a faulty rear camera. They diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a new camera. My vehicle was done the next day. They also performed the first oil change and tire rotation. I bought the vehicle at a different GM location. However, this dealer's hospitality and clear communication has been appreciated over others.

Had rear brakes replaced less then 3 weeks ago and now the are squeaking very badly so I have to take time off my job to bring my truck back in and be with it my work truck for another day costing me more money. Talked to the manager in early April about a tire pressure sensor issue. He was going to reach out to GM and see about getting some help with the issue. Well, when I returned to ask him about it he has no idea what I was talking about. Pretty disappointing from a manager. We literally talked on the phone for about 20 minutes about the issue and plans to get it resolved. Left the shop, check engine light on, tech forgot to reset something after working on my truck. Hasn't been the best of work getting done by the mechanics as of lately I will say that.

My truck was in the shop 4 times for the same issue. Twice it was there for a week, once for a few days and once for a day. Over 500 miles were put on the truck. In the end they put new tires on it, which is what I suggested day one. Between the truck having over three hundred miles when I bought it (new) and 500 miles by technicians you have put more miles on the truck than I have. It’s still noisier than the 2021 Sierra Denali I traded in!

Dealership and their personnel were awesome, great to work with, and treat you respectfully. GM on the other hand receives a zero in customer service. My new 2025 Silverado truck (currently <5000 miles) has been in the dealership for the same issue at least six times within the past 2-3 months, and GM continues to refuse to fix the problem other than reprogramming the issue. The issue arises again within a day or two after GMs required "Fix". The issue is what GM markets as a safety feature.

Service department accommodated me despite being 30 minutes late due to a flat tire. I got my oil changed and a new tire. I also appreciated that the spare tire, jack, and tire iron were stowed away properly by the mechanic without me asking him to do it.
