Noah was excellent in helping me. My registration was expired along with my inspection. Needless to say, I had a mess to take care of. Noah provided all the information I needed to renew my registration online and provide an updated card so my truck could be inspected. The staff at North Star are always great! The gang at North Star GMC at the Zelienople location has always been GREAT to me!!!!! From the 2014 GMC (Still have) at which I bought there in January 2015 from Dan (He is still there at which I do not remember his last name and HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAME OUT ON THE LOT WITH AN UMBRELLA DUE TO THE WEATHER THAT DAY) and JAKE IN SERVICE PLUS THE ENTIRE CREW IN SERVICE THERE ARE GREAT! Service department accommodated me despite being 30 minutes late due to a flat tire. I got my oil changed and a new tire. I also appreciated that the spare tire, jack, and tire iron were stowed away properly by the mechanic without me asking him to do it.

Dealership and their personnel were awesome, great to work with, and treat you respectfully. GM on the other hand receives a zero in customer service. My new 2025 Silverado truck (currently <5000 miles) has been in the dealership for the same issue at least six times within the past 2-3 months, and GM continues to refuse to fix the problem other than reprogramming the issue. The issue arises again within a day or two after GMs required "Fix". The issue is what GM markets as a safety feature.
