I dropped off my 2010 Enclave a half day early with intent to get an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. The service team took me early! After the services were complete, they lightly suggested a transmission fluid change. I plan to keep my Enclave for a few more years and the service has never been done. Your service advisor, Jake Stewart is courteous and respectful. He patiently answers my many questions. Side note: I inherited the Enclave from my dad who loved his vehicle which was kept in excellent condition. Lisa is the technician who performed service on my Enclave, both last year and this year. She does a remarkable job. Additionally, last year, she found one of my dad’s screwdrivers in the engine compartment and had it ready for me when I picked up my Enclave. You have no idea how much I appreciated the handoff.

Our sales person and finance person were very nice and helpful to deal with. We were surprised that the interest rate was so high. Also, I went online and saw that there were discounts on the vehicles we were interested in but then to find out when we arrived on the lot that the website wasn't updated. We came because of the prices and did end up not getting a discount. There should be expiration dates on the info online so that people know whether it is current or not. Also, the online sales pitch for an endless list of long term warranty products was sooooo annoying and exhausting. I would have shut that process down long before I did had I been in control of the screen. We finally had to tell the finance person that we couldn't listen to one more minute of that. Plus, the finance person gave us a couple options that the annoying guy from Florida didn't that we were actually interested in and that made sense. If I had to sit and listen to the online portion of the sales pitch again, I would turn around and walk away!!!
