Son was visiting and mentioned he heard a pop and rattle. I called and that got his car in as soon as possible. Determined that a rear spring broke. Service rep provided an estimated and had to order so parts. Vehicle was done on reasonable time.
I broke down in Cleveland, Ohio; Sunday evening; after a conference I had attended for 3 days. I was tired & exhausted & now stressed. But with the way North Star has always taken care of my 14 year old car that has 207,000 miles on it, I was NOT going to trust it to anyone else so I had It towed from Cleveland to Zelienople. How's that for customer loyalty?!!
When I arrived at the dealership for my car's scheduled service, I hadn't been aware of their shuttle service until they offered it to me. It was very helpful because it allowed me to return home to make use of my day while the crew worked on my vehicle. They also picked me up to get my car! They'd have delivered it, if it hadn't been for the need of a document that I had at home. I appreciated being notified of the problem they found with my car before they began to fix it. They all did a great job! So glad I purchased my vehicle here!
Our vehicle in for a week (thurs-thurs) which wasn't the issue, there were a few issues with our vehicle when we got it back, door handle scratched bad, interior marks on the dash pieces (scratches) that weren't there when we brought it in. Jake and the Service Manager were great and are already ordering new parts for me to have these issues taken care of.

I have been dealing with the same problem since purchasing this vehicle 7 months ago. The dealership has not been able to correct the problem and so on this day I was finally able to talk to a GM rep to attempt to get a solution.
We have used the service department a few times and it seems very disorganized. We had parts ordered and when it came in, we received a postcard but it didn’t identify what was in. When I called, they seemed confused and didn’t know what I needed. When it was serviced, they left the broken piece of the dial in the car on the floor. When the roof rack was installed we requested a certain distance apart so we could use our roof rack for vacation and it wasnt followed after repeatly asking.
