I called to see if any Encores were available to purchase. I reached Brady in sales. Since I had totaled my car in August I had no way to get to a dealer to even look at any vehicles. I asked him if there was any way he could pick me up to view an Encore at his dealership. Without hesitation he said he could the very next day. He was so nice and so accommodating. He even took me to my bank so I could get a cashier's check. He ended up picking me up twice which enabled me to buy a vehicle within 2 days. I couldn't have been any happier and grateful for his help. Everyone I dealt with was SUPER!!!!

Our vehicle repair required an electrical part that was difficult to locate due to supply chain issues. Zach accommodated us with a loaner vehicle. He kept us up to date with any changes as they were communicated to him. His communication and accommodations are why we will continue to have our vehicle serviced at North Star.
