I did not purchase my 2016 Chevy Tahoe from North Star GMC, but it has been serviced there since new. During the 100K+ miles I have had a wonderful experience with the service team. From recommended maintenance to preventive maintenance and warranty work to our recent need for a new transmission...the service team has been wonderful. Jake Stewart has been my point of contact for a while now and he has been the best I've ever worked with at any dealership for any brand. I plan to put another 75K miles on my Tahoe and am confident I can with North Star and Jake taking care of me.
