I am happy with the job that was done on the Cadillac, however I am not happy with the service that I had on my Yukon. When I brought the Yukon in I told them to check the front end for noise possible wheel bearing and they said that there was nothing found. I recently took the Yukon to the place that I had my tires installed and told them to check the front end for a noise and they in fact told me that the drivers side wheel bearing was bad and replaced it. It���s a good thing that they found the problem because I am going on a long trip and that is not ideal with a bad wheel bearing. I do not understand why this was overlooked.

As always, a first class service experience at Northstar. My service advisor, Jake, was awesome and even arranged for a shuttle for me to go to my dad���s house and pick up his vehicle to borrow while my truck was in for a warranty issue. Since it needed inspected, I asked them to do that too. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick it up and Jake said there was no charge because he found a coupon for a free inspection! Super service!

They told me that my brakes are basically not working and have no life left to them. I took my car somewhere else and they told me they are fine and they have at least half their life left. This is the second time this is happened. the other time was for a large expensive part that the other car place said is fine too.
