Decided to try out North Star because there was a white Encore GX I wanted. It's always nerve wracking going to a dealership you've never done any business with. Casey really made the process go smooth. I was able to get the vehicle that I want and in the price I was looking for. Michael from financing was able to get the paper work ready quickly for me to sign. Everything was great and I hope to be back in 39 months when my lease is up!

I wished that the sales team had more knowledge about the truck that I purchased, though the effort and cooperation was certainly evident - overall a good experience. I found out myself after the purchase that the service manager had just received on site training and driving on the same truck. I believe that the experience for everyone would have been better had I been able to speak with Keith who has now offered to help me with any issues going forward.

Went in for an inspection. Also was beginning to have an issue with the park gear locking in place a couple of times. Therefore asked for a diagnosis on that issue. Inspection was timely and the parking gear diagnosis was also timely. One thing I would recommend is what to do at the service door entrance? This time I drove in and parked. Other times I parked outside and walked in. Anyhow, I'd recommend either a sign directing persons or communication when the appointment is made on phone or via the internet.
