I dropped off my 2010 Enclave a half day early with intent to get an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. The service team took me early! After the services were complete, they lightly suggested a transmission fluid change. I plan to keep my Enclave for a few more years and the service has never been done. Your service advisor, Jake Stewart is courteous and respectful. He patiently answers my many questions. Side note: I inherited the Enclave from my dad who loved his vehicle which was kept in excellent condition. Lisa is the technician who performed service on my Enclave, both last year and this year. She does a remarkable job. Additionally, last year, she found one of my dad’s screwdrivers in the engine compartment and had it ready for me when I picked up my Enclave. You have no idea how much I appreciated the handoff.
