I set a appointment to have my vehicle inspected, also I wanted the whole vehicle to be checked for any other problems I might have. Asked if he can check my front left side because when I have to turn left it feels as if it's skipping and wobbling. She said she'll have him check it out and call me back she never called me back. Also I said I may need shocks in the back because I was hearing loud buzzing sound at first then it went away and I hear squeeking noises. He said it was my spare tire under my vehicle it wasn't tightened down that was the sound I was hearing. So they passed it for inspection and my spare was tightened but I still hear the squeak went ride over hump and lumps so I'm thinking he didn't look good enough at the shock problem. I had it there 2 other times and I was told I will need new shock at some point because they were leaking but that bad. PS That's the only problem is with the mechanic or mechanics. The service was fast and the people were nice easy to talk to and made sure I was good before I left the lot. Lovely customer service for sure.

There were grease marks all over the drivers side door of my car. Extremely difficult for me to clean those. Technicians should wear clean gloves when getting to a customer vehicle.
