My appointment was on Wednesday, which was my day off. You didn’t have the bulb replacement at the time of my appointment. However, it was ordered & installed at no cost on Friday. It’s not about it being done at no cost, but my customer experience. You took the bad taste out of my mouth. Thank you to Zack for stepping up and making things right.
I have been going to North Star Zelienople for many years - this is at least my third car from there. Prior to that, my mother had putchased several vehicles as well at North Star. Dan Wolfe has been my go to salesman- we have had a wonderful experience with Dan and the staff at this dealership and we will return and always recommend to others.
I took my car in because I thought it needed a new starter. The Cadillac technician did a diagnostic review of the car and thought it was the battery. Not only did they change the battery, but because mine was still under warranty they took it to Advance Auto, got a new one, and installed it for me, for the installation price. I think they went above and beyond. When thanking them all they said was, No problem, just part of our job. Well, great job guys!

We have a lease and had an issue with the vehicle’s heating and cooling panel - it wasn’t originally properly installed - Zach in the service department took care of the issue without a hitch. We left the vehicle off and went to breakfast -Zach called as my wife and I were finishing to let us know the vehicle was ready. No hassle just good service.
