My scheduled appointment was to have the oil changed in my truck. Service Advisor Jake noticed that my Inspection was past due. He notified me of this and was able to add the Inspection work to my visit. Also I mentioned to him that one of my heating and cooling buttons in the dash could not be seen as light was burnt out. He was able to find a replacement unit, contact the warranty people, and get this unit replaced today. My thanks to Jake for going above and beyond for my service visit today. Also my thanks to the service technician(s) for finishing all this work today. I appreciate it.
