Purchased the car in May. Had a problem with the remote start and the check engine light in December. I had a long history of working with another dealership and was wary of using a different service department. Jake and Jessica at North Star Service were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and I feel very good about the future service I can expect. I look toward to working with them again.
