Zack took the call, listened to my issues with the vehicle, and scheduled an appointment for my convenience. He understood that I could not wait or do without the vehicle so he set me up with a loaner vehicle. Also, as I drove the vehicle over the next day or two I realized that maybe this should be looked at sooner? Phoned Zach back and he was able to move the appointment sooner and still accommodate my need forthe loaner. Picked up the vehicle, no check lights were on, driving symptoms of the car seem to be resolved. Thanks to Zach and Keith.
