The reason for my visit was to have my corvette serviced after winter storage. While driving to the dealership a tractor trailer kicked up a piece of road debris and it hit my windshield and then my roof. Upon entering the service department I got out to survey the damage. The service manager Keith came out of his office to see what the issue was and immediately without my asking he tried to buff out the marks on my roof made by the debris. Even the service advisors, Zach and Jake showed their concern. John Shettler was performing the service on my car and he took care of the marks left on my windshield. The concerns of the service personal towards my vehicle was above and beyond my expectations. This is a prime example of why I travel 50 miles round trip to have all my vehicles serviced by North Star. I know that every time I come for service I will be treated as a valued customer. I thank everyone for the extra effort to help me out with this issue.
