I brought the vehicle for oil and filter, tire rotation, state inspection. Needed rear brakes and rotors; quote was high in my opinion but for convenience I approved the work. Dealer recommended maintenance items that may or may not have been due, without checking condition, such as engine air filter replacement. I declined those items.

We had the misfortune of needing to replace a tire on our 2023 Encore GX. Jake was very helpful and even helped us use our Buick points. The tire and labor ended up not costing us anything because our points covered it. Jake let us know how to go about using our points. We got 5 star service in the North Star Buick service department!
