I had the car checked to find the problem and did not have the service completed because the repair was too expensive. I have had recent repair work done at the dealership to pass state inspection. The dealership had suggested I take my business to a local garage repair when I needed to pass inspection. The entire inspection cost $1,000. This current visit cost $125 for a checkup statement. The dealership has stated the repair work for the vehicle would estimate around $1,000. There has been one month since I made a payment at this expense.
Zack my service writer was AWESOME! He went above and beyond to stay in communication with me about my vehicle in service. I was very impressed with the service department from start to finish. I found it very easy to schedule service online and get a quick email response back. My appointment time was honored and my vehicle fixed to my expectations. I very much liked the fact they let me know there was an oil change rebate that I was eligible to receive and even gave me the rebate form. They also accurately told me the wait time and did not push for unnecessary services.
Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Since I was close to need state inspection the writer recommended it be performed now to avoid a trip in 2 months. Had it all done in about an hour while I waited.
My car has issues and I tried on several occasions to get it fixed I was told that that is how the car drives I final brought the car back and they agreed to look at it and drive it the power steering and racking pion was bad it also messed up my tires which they refused to replace. I went back to where I purchase the tires and was told because the way the tires wore they will not replaced them. They also told gmc that the problem with the car did not cause the tire to go bad. I now am stuck trying to find new tires and come up with 785 to replace the tires. No one from gmc came out or sent a tire specialist to review the tires it car still feels like it is not fixed. I’m am very upset behind even if they went half on the tires I would be ok with it.
Quick courteous service by Dan Wolfe. Went there to trade in my leased car. Found what I was looking for, paper work was done and I was out the door with my new leased car (2019 GMCTerrain) in a few hours.
